No. Visitor admission to TRANSTECH Kocaeli is completely free. You can get your free Visitor Card by filling in the online invitation form.

You can fill in the Exhibitor Application Form or send an email to bilgi@transtechkocaeli.com. Stand options and pricing information will be sent to you.

The conference registration form is in the "Conference Invitation" section of our website. Registration is completely free, but we recommend registering in advance as capacity is limited.

Kocaeli Congress Center is located near D100 (E-5) highway. It is accessible via the Kocaeli Center exit from TEM. Visit our "Venue & Transportation" page for detailed directions.

Yes. Kocaeli Congress Center has free parking for visitors. Nearby covered car parks are also available for additional capacity.

General conference sessions are free to attend with fair admission. However, limited-capacity sessions such as Workshops require separate registration. Detailed information is available on our programme page.

Press accreditation requests should be sent to basin@transtechkocaeli.com. Approved press members will be granted access to exclusive areas and a dedicated press room.

Yes. Simultaneous Turkish–English interpretation is provided in conference sessions. Fair materials are prepared in both Turkish and English.
